Peer-e-Palandooz (Mohammad Aref Abbasi) Mausoleum, Mashad

The surface of the onoin shaped dome is covered by simple turquoise colored tile works and intricate patterns of brick work. This mausoleum belongs to the Safavid era and was built in 985 AH. Mohammad Aref Abbasi, known as Palandooz who was a Gnostic of Zahbieh Dynasty.
