Sheikh Hassan Joory Tomb, Shahrood

It is located in the village of Kalateh Mir Alam-e-Firooz Abad, Shahrood .The structure is made of sun baked bricks. Sheikh Hassan Joori was one of the leaders of 'Sarbedaran' movement and a student of Sheikh Khalifeh. The latter was a political and religious leader of the 7th century AH. and was martyred under the orders of Vajieddin Masoud. Alongside this tomb are the remnants of the castle, tower and ramparts of Joori city.
