Andarkesh (Andar Qash) Median City, Mahabad
This historical city, which Batholomus called Darusha and Rawlinson named Daryasi, lies in the outskirts of Mahabad. The 'Roka' crypt which is located near the ruins of Andarkash bears strong resemblance to the style and mode of engraving of the Achaemenian crypts in Persepolis (Takht-e-Jamhid).

Shahr Bany Building, Maku
This is an old, but beautiful structure. Its date of construction has not been defined, but due to the mode of plaster moldings and mirror works, there is a great possibility for the year 1320 AH.. The building was formerly owned by one of the governors of Maku, after which the police head-quarters bought the place and since then it has been reputed as its present name.

Kolah Farangi Povilion, Maku
This building is located in the Imam Avenue in Maku and formerly belonged to Ali Qoli Khan Bayat. The construction dates back to the end of the Qajar period. It is in two floors and has interesting architectural affects such as plaster molding and mirror-works. Each floor has a balcony with twenty wooden pillars, with gable-roof and octagonal building.

Baqcheh Jooq Palace, Maku
This palace is located at a distance of 8 km. between Maku and Bazargan border town and is situated in a vast garden covering about 11 hectares.
